Returns

Returns

  • Items can be returned for store credit or a refund providing that they have not been worn or washed and are in their original condition and packaging.
  • Please make sure the original swing tags are attached and there may be no marks and/or stains on the item/s otherwise a refund will not be given.
  • Shoes must be in the original box with a clean sole and jewellery must not be removed from the header card.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Only once the item has been examined to make sure that it is in its original condition, will the money or credit be refunded.
  • There will be no cost to our client for the returns of any items considering the item is in its’s original condition.
  • There could be a penalty fee of R50 if any item is returned and it is not in its original condition.

How to return

  • Create a COURTNEY COUSINS account so that we can issue your refund or store credit.
  • You can courier the item/s that you want to return by using the same courier company that delivered it to you or you can return your item/s by visiting us at our showroom.

Here is what you need to know when returning an item

  • If you are returning an item via a courier company, remember to always get a tracking number to track where your parcel is and to see when it has reached COURTNEY COUSINS. This will usually take a few days.
  • Once we have received your returned parcel, please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your refund or store credit.
  • We will then send you a confirmation email when we have refunded you or issued your store credit so that you can get right back to shopping. YAY!

We do not accept returns on the following items

  • Lingerie
  • Cosmetics
  • Hair Accessories
  • Hats
  • Earrings
  • Swimwear
  • Hosiery

Store credit is only valid for 3 months.

Exchanges

  • You are welcome to exchange any item for a different size or style.
  • You can only exchange an item for another item of its same value or more
  • Due to the popularity of our products we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size or style in stock to exchange.
  • Any request for exchange that we do not have in stock will be issued as a credit note.
  • We will not exchange any item/s if it is not in its original condition or if the item/s have been worn or washed.
  • All item/s must be in their original packaging with their original swing tags attached otherwise no exchanges can be made.
  • There may be no marks and/or stains on the item/s otherwise we will not exchange.
  • Shoes must be in the original box with a clean sole and jewellery must not be removed from the header card.

How to exchange:

You can exchange or return item/s by visiting us at our COURTNEY COUSINS showroom
OR
 You can courier the item/s that you are wanting to exchange by using the same courier company that delivered it to you with a letter explaining what size or style number (taken off the website) you would like to exchange it for.
